Lepore
Hb Lepore
Typically an asymptomatic hemoglobinopathy.Autosomal recessive.
Hemoglobin has 2 normal alpha globin chains (HBA) and 2 deltabeta globin fusion chains which occurs due to a crossover between the delta (HBD) and beta globin (HBB).
Amanda Lepore is an Italian American model, fashion icon, and transgender public figure. Fabulous.
The Homozygous state for Hb Lepore is tres rare.
